Business quality
Moat, predictability, free-cash-flow quality, balance sheet, capital efficiency and the durability of growth.
Sibit Research treats a company thesis as a living model. The goal is not a permanent buy/sell label; it is to state what is believed, why, and what evidence would break the thesis.
Moat, predictability, free-cash-flow quality, balance sheet, capital efficiency and the durability of growth.
Current price is separated from business quality. Peak-cycle earnings and one-off cash flows should not be treated as normalized economics.
Research asks what the market already expects and what could still be mispriced. A great company is not automatically a great investment at every price.
Each report should state observable conditions that would invalidate the thesis. This is designed to reduce narrative drift after the facts change.
Research lives in Git. New dated Markdown files preserve prior conclusions so changes in score, valuation and thesis can later be diffed explicitly.
The static site extracts standard fields from existing Markdown without modifying the source reports. Future versions can add structured JSON and evidence links.
